Delete your BOB Services LB account

This page is the public account-deletion resource for the BOB Services LB website and mobile app.

How to submit a request

  1. Sign in on the website using the same email as your BOB account.
  2. Open My Account, find Account deletion request, select a reason, and submit.
  3. If you cannot sign in, reset your password or contact info@bobserviceslb.com to verify ownership and start the request.

Review and timing

BOB normally reviews requests within 7 business days. The account may be frozen while ownership or active service obligations are reviewed. If approved, active access and sessions are disabled and the account is closed. If rejected, the reason is shown in your account and you may submit a new request.

What is deleted or retained

The closed account can no longer sign in. Account credentials and active profile access are disabled. Historical orders, invoices, payment references, shipment and delivery records, customer identifiers, and related contact details may be retained for accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, support, and business records. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not used to keep the deleted account active.
