Welcome to BOB Services LB. By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services — including Shop & Ship, BOB Store, SHEIN ordering, and Shipping Only — you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
BOB Services LB is a Lebanese forwarding and personal-shopper service. We buy products on your behalf from Turkey, China, the USA, the UAE, France, and the UK, consolidate them in our warehouses, and ship them to Lebanon. Customers can use our BOB Store for ready-to-order curated items, request SHEIN purchases from the UAE hub, or use Shipping Only when they have their own supplier.
2. Account and security
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We never store passwords in plain text — passwords are hashed with bcrypt and we never reveal old passwords, only allow secure resets.
- You must be 18+ or have parental consent to place orders.
3. Orders and payment
Prices on the calculator and BOB Store are estimates based on current exchange rates and weight/volume. Final invoices are confirmed on WhatsApp before shipment. Payment is due before final delivery via OMT, Whish, or cash on delivery where available.
4. Delivery and shipment tracking
Estimated transit times are shown on each shipping rate. We share tracking updates by WhatsApp at every milestone (warehouse received, in-transit, arrived in Lebanon, out for delivery). Lebanon-side delivery typically completes within 24-72 hours of arrival.
5. Returns and refunds
BOB Store items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Shop & Ship and SHEIN orders follow the original vendor's return policy — we facilitate where possible but cannot refund products purchased on your behalf once shipped. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
6. Prohibited items
Items prohibited by Lebanese customs, by the source country, or by our carriers cannot be shipped — see Prohibited Items for the full list. We may refuse or return any package we believe violates these rules.
7. Liability
We carry shipping insurance for declared values. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure, nor for damage to fragile items shipped without proper packaging.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced on our website and via your registered email.
